uThrive Asset Development, based in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida. We are currently looking for investors to invest in our crypto fund. We will be purchase crypto and then leveraging it to buy land and build new homes. Initially we will be concentrating in Florida and expanding to three or four more states.
We will pay interest to the investor on the money we leverage. We don’t plan on leveraging beyond 70% of crypto deposited. We based a hard money benchmark at 12%, so interest will be paid between the spread of whatever uThrive is charged for borrowing against and 12%. So if I’m charged 7% to borrow against Crypto, I will pay investors 5%.
Will hold 75% Bitcoin, 10% Ethereum, 5% XRP, 5% other, and 5% USD cash. The other may eventually be our own token. Current raise is fifty million, so we hope to put forty million into real estate projects. Minimum investment of $50K. If we raise over fifty million other new build real estate project may be considered.
